Perfect Party Solution
Cuisinart's Lazy Susan Electric Fondue Maker makes fondue easier than ever. Equipped with a removable Lazy Susan ring and four serving cups, the fondue maker gives everyone easy access to all foods. The 3-quart brushed stainless steel nonstick fondue pot comes with eight stainless steel forks, a stainless steel fork ring, four nonstick stainless steel serving cups and cup brackets, and a rotating Lazy Susan ring.
Get perfect results with the built-in 1000-watt heating element that heats up fast and ensures even temperatures throughout the cooking process. An adjustable thermostat lets you cook meats, poultry and fish in high temperatures and warm cheese and chocolate fondues at lower temperatures. Cleanup is effortless -- the pot, forks, glass lid, fork ring, serving cups, Lazy Susan ring and brackets are all dishwasher-safe.
Unlimited OptionsFondue all your favorite entres, desserts and more with the Lazy Susan Electric Fondue Maker. Deep fry succulent whole shrimp in hot oil, simmer cubes of filet mignon or chicken in broth, cook tortellini or ravioli, or go classic with cheese fondue. Once done with dinner, turn the temperature dial to low for a versatile chocolate fondue. Dip in chunks of fruit, pound cake, marshmallow... everything tastes better in chocolate!
Chocolate Fondue Tips
Use chocolate chips to produce a smooth chocolate fondue rather than chocolate blocks since they have the necessary cocoa butter. White chocolate blocks naturally have more cocoa butter than milk, semi-sweet, or bittersweet chocolate blocks, making them work just as well as white chocolate chips.
Enjoy your chocolate fondue with an array of dipping options -- apple wedges, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, marshmallows, graham crackers, angel food cake and more.
Cheese Tips and Hints
For the best consistency, use good melting cheeses, such as Gruyre, Emmenthaler, Fontina, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Swiss, Comt, Raclette, Gouda and Edam. When making fondue, use a wine or beer that you would enjoy drinking to get your desired taste and flavor.
Fondue should be served immediately after being prepared. While it can be cooled down and reheated, the consistency will be compromised. If reheating, first bring to room temperature; then turn to setting 4. Stir continuously, allowing to warm until desired consistency is reached, whisking in additional liquid as needed. When your cheese fondue is ready, grab bread, blanched broccoli or cauliflower, steamed baby potatoes, carrots or celery for great dipping combinations.
