Fiesta cookware is constructed out of professional grade heavy duty aluminum and has a healthy ceramic non-stick Thermolon interior. Each pan is PTFE, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium free. Oven and broiler safe. Pans can be heated up 850 degrees Fahrenheit and lids up to 450 degrees. Includes heavy duty riveted ergonomic stainless steel handles and re-enforced pouring rims.
