The Swiss Diamond 11" x 11" large square grill features tall sides to prevent spattering when grilling. Deep ridges in the base of the cooking surface provide for healthier low fat cooking. This grill is perfect for cooking steaks and chicken breasts. The non-stick surface of this grill is made using diamond crystals to form a virtually indestructible cooking surface that will not peel, crack, or blister. The non-stick surface also helps provide perfect heat distribution for cooking meals containing less fat. The grill is made from a 6mm thick pressure cast aluminum which has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas, and electric cook tops. The stay cool handle is ergonomically designed and is safe for use in an oven up to 500F. Metal utensils are safe for use on the non-stick surface and the pan is safe for use in the dishwasher. The inside depth of this square grill is 3". The Swiss Diamond square grill is the perfect pan to enhance any user's cooking skills.
